Drunk of the month

Our Drunk of the Month is Gethin Lloyd-Jenkins from Abergoch in Mid-Wales. He always told us he would drink himself into an early grave - he was true to his word.

In his hey-day, 40 year old Gethin was a seven nights a week man - the odd afternoon and all-dayer thrown in for good measure.

In fact, the Landlord of his local, the Albert, has attached a commemorative plaque on the barstool which was Gethin's second home.

"I'll miss the bugger," he told Talk Wales, "he was a Landlord's dream."
